pip install "exaspim-control @ git+https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/exaspim-control.git@release/0.1.0"

Usage

To launch the GUI use the following command:

exaspim             # Real instrument mode not yet implemented
exaspim launch      # Real instrument mode not yet implemented
exaspim launch -s   # for simulated mode
exaspim -s          # for simulated mode
