User story

As a user I want to see a summary of each metadata record in the QC view, generated asynchronously so that the page load isn't delayed by the summary.

Acceptance criteria

  • QC view loads and after some calculating delay the summary appears describing the current record's context

Sprint Ready Checklist

  • 1. Acceptance criteria defined

@sreyakumar I moved the qc portal into its own repo, this is just a copy of the original issue with a bit more detail
