Reporting a Vulnerability

Reporting a Vulnerability If you discover a security vulnerability within our project, we encourage you to report it responsibly. Here's how you can do that:

How to Report Email: Please send an email to pheonix.community.mail@gmail.com with the subject line "Vulnerability Report: PheonixAppAPI".

Details: Include as much detail as possible about the vulnerability. This should include steps to reproduce the issue, the impact, and any potential solutions you might have in mind.

Attachments: If applicable, attach any relevant files or logs that can help us understand the issue better.

What to Expect Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your vulnerability report.

Updates: We will keep you updated on the progress of our investigation. You can expect updates at least once every two weeks until the issue is resolved.

Resolution: If your reported vulnerability is accepted, we will work to resolve it promptly. We may request additional information or clarification during our investigation.

Declined Reports: If your report is declined, we will provide a clear explanation as to why it was not accepted.

Recognition: With your permission, we may publicly acknowledge your contribution once the vulnerability is resolved.
