One-line automated installs for Windows

Taking install scripts to the next level: One-line installers.

Open PowerShell on Windows, run iex (irm privategpt.tc.ht) and PrivateGPT will be downloaded and set up in C:\TCHT, as well as easy model downloads/switching, and even a desktop shortcut will be created.

Running unknown code is always something that you should treat cautiously. You can visit those links in a browser, or the GitHub repo where those redirect to: GitHub Repo (TCNOco/TcNo-TCHT).
