Save Last Accessed Directory From App

When using the Files app on LineageOS, it will remeber and open the directory that was last accessed based on the app your accessed it from.

For example, I use FireFox. if there is a link in a website to upload a file, and I navigate to "Documents", the next time I upload a file from FireFox, it will automatically open "Documents" folder on my Android.

If I do this on Brave web browser, and I open "Pictures" and upload my file from there, the next time I upload from Brave it will automatically open "Pictures" folder
