Issue regarding scroll unblur text button

Hi @aayush105 , I was going through the page exploring different buttons and their functionality and I found out that after opening the "Scroll unblur text effect" page nothing seems to happen, I don't know if I am missing something there or if it's broken, if it is broken I would like you to kindly assign me this issue to fix this thing under the hacktoberfest label if possible, I am new to open source and I am trying to gain some confidence.
