All yandex libs have downloadable SDK, but not the Maps. Please add link to download frameworks

@Exey hi! you can go to cocoa pods podsecs https://github.com/CocoaPods/Specs/blob/master/Specs/2/3/4/YandexMapKit/3.5.0/YandexMapKit.podspec.json
copy link in source and download .zip framework file.
