Bump required iOS version back to 14 #94

integration of remote attachments makes the required version bump back to iOS 16 and not iOS 14.

it seems to be iOS 16 for the URL method:
https://developer.apple.com/documentation/foundation/url/3988477-temporarydirectory/
but iOS 10 for the FileManager method:
https://developer.apple.com/documentation/foundation/filemanager/1642996-temporarydirectory/
