Feature Request: Settings View

As the project grows, I think it would be nice to have a settings view. I'm thinking a user could enter :view settings to see a nicely formatted view of their config. Just viewing is a start, and maybe this could be expanded further at some point to allow editing of config from within the program !

Once we add the set command this should be relatively easy to add. We could probably even go so far as to have the view build dynamically by parsing and adding buttons based on the config. This would make it very easy to extend as the project continues to grow. I agree this would be a great feature for UX!!
