Hello,

Currently, the latest tag of this package is locked on this commit from two years ago. This version does not include node-pg-migrate as mentioned in the docs, which causes some confusion.

Shall we release a v1.0.1 to bring latest back to life? I'm opening an issue because I'm not sure if this is intentional.
