Option parsing lacks end of options string #285

Encrypting a string fails if the string starts with -.

$ eyaml encrypt -s '-foo'
Error: option '-o' specified multiple times.
Try --help for help.

The option parsing should respect the end of options string -- for situations like this.

$ eyaml encrypt -s -- '-foo'
Error: option '-s' needs a parameter.
Try --help for help
