Describe the bug

The default host profile points NERSC user's to an installation of VisIt at /global/cfs/cdirs/alpine/brugger/spack/opt/spack/linux-sles15-zen3/gcc-11.2.0/visit-3.3.3-gud54yyp44tv4gomn3i62wewdknpc2at/bin/visit. This directory is not accessible to some users and therefore they are unable to launch VisIt.

I don't think the other information is necessary, but if it is, please let me know and I'll add it.

In the meantime, we already have a working install at NERSC with directions in our docs. However, to avoid confusion for users it would be nice to discuss the best way to collaborate going forward.
