How to disable Accessibilty Menu in Default Layout ?

I am trying to customize the MediaPlayer component and would like to remove or hide the Accessibility option from the menu shown in the attached image.

I use the Default Layout

Here’s the code I’ve used so far to remove the loop button, but I also want to remove the Accessibility option:

The accessibilityMenuItemsStart and accessibilityMenuItemsEnd slots don’t seem to hide the Accessibility options as expected. Does anyone know how to completely remove or hide these Accessibility options from the menu?

  display: none !important;
}
