  • A section for documenting repeatable processes and tasks that are done within your farm or 'areas'.

  • This will include your 'General Operating Principles (core values/ideas/standards of area)', 'Strategic Objective (Vision) - This will be a global thing, attached to each farm or area, like an 'enhancement' tag here', and 'Procedures' (which will be the actual documented, step by step, repeatable tasks).

  • This is to allow the farm owner to start and complete the process of systematising his or her operation. So as to increase the overall value and ultimately free up time and resources.

  • This would likely live within the 'farm' or 'area' sections. Since we want to adopt the 'belongs to' philosophy.

These concepts are from the great book 'Work The System' by Sam Carpenter.

It's basically the process of 'McDonald's'ifying' your farm.

Wow, I will read all those resources first before doing further discussion. I never heard this concept before.
