Set Up Projects / Import Projects from OCHA

From within PRP-IP: Each programme document will become its own project in PRP-IP. If/once a PD in PMP has a cluster indicator adopted, the PD will automatically synchronize to Cluster-PRP and a project will be created in Cluster PRP. The project will automatically adopt the activity, that the indicator is a part (whether the activity is already adopted in other projects in cluster PRP/forms a part of another PD or not).

** Technical Details **

• Update PartnerActivity adoption with Project in PD sync
• Update PD sync to create a Partner Project object at the time of Partner Activity adoption
• Use PD information to populate Partner Project information
• Add locations from each LLO indicator to Partner Project and Partner Activity
