[Bug]: Defender detection. (Most likely false-positive) #392

I personally think that there should be a warning on the website/app of the project which points out to possible false-positives. |
Microsoft Defender may mistakenly identify a file or application as malicious if it attempts to modify system settings, create or delete files in critical directories of the operating system, or alter network configurations. Files or applications can also be incorrectly flagged as malicious if they are used infrequently or are uncommon among users. |

@femdiya That's a nice idea. Additionally, I was considering a complete redesign of the project's user interface. However, I don't think this will be accepted, as I believe they think there is no need for it. |

Description
Enabled all scripts at the same time, downloaded the .bat file from the site, defender blocked it (false positive)

Expected behavior
Defender should not block this script (?)
