Background

两个umi项目嵌套 共用localStorage同一个‘umi_locale’ 外层切换国际化 通知内层切换 外层已经把‘umi_locale’ 改为en-US 内层调用setLocale（‘en-US’）发现localStorage获取的umi_locale已经是en-US 所以调用updater语言失败
