Computer resources

The following computer resources are available, the use of which is explained on this wiki here (FIXME - fix link).

###Owned

We own three nodes (cod5, cod6 and cod7), each with 64 CPUs, 1.5 TB RAM, and 2 x 32 TB hard disk (/node/work1, /node/work2). In addition, we own 256 nodes on the UiO supercomputer 'Abel', each with 16 CPUs and 64 GB RAM.

###Rented

Diskspace at /projects/cees, at the time of writing 100 TB, wich is automatically backed up. We have to pay a yearly fee to use this disk space. See here (FIXME - fix link) for how to use this resource.

###Allocated

On the UiO supercomputer 'Abel', we have an allocation for a certain amount of CPU hours. For more detail, see Abel use (FIXME - fix link).

For archiving data, we have an allocation on 'Norstore' (a national infrastructure for the management, curation and long-term archiving of digital scientific data). See here (FIXME - fix link) for how to use this resource.
