We are encountering a problem similar to the one described in this GitHub issue.
During a video call with two participants, both users are unexpectedly disconnected, with logs indicating participant_not_found and participant_disconnected_because_of_duplicate_identity as the reasons.
Interestingly, this issue occurred simultaneously in two different video call rooms, which raises concerns.
Our issue is happening in the de1 region, which is different from the regions mentioned in the original issue.
Given that the original issue was reported six years ago, could this be a regression?
