Long-range redeployments take repetitive administration. It would be nice if you could command and forget until the unit(s) arrive. Holding Shift key while plotting a longer-than-allowed move during non-combat phase would create a MULTI-TURN MOVE (MTM) if the plotted move went through permitted territory and under the unit(s) own power. MTMs would execute automatically at the start of every non-combat phase and be canceled if the current (or any?) portion of the plotted move were blocked. MTMs could be canceled manually if the unit is commanded during combat move phase or if replotted during non-combat phase (after the current portion autoexecutes).
Or maybe cancel by simply selecting a unit with an active MTM during any movement phase.
