Most people (myself included) struggle to understand how licence compatibility works. Tortellini makes this much easier and helps users learn when they have an issue.

The licensing-compatibility chapter of the Turing Way also provides a good starting point to learn about this difficult topic.

Would it make sense to point to Tortellini from that particular chapter?

Maybe we should wait for it to actually work? Unless something's changed since the last sprint, this ORT tool or whatever it was called didn't have a documented way of configuring it, and Tortellini didn't come with a working configuration. I guess ORT may have been fixed by now, but does Tortellini use the latest version? I worry that people may leave disappointed if we start selling it as is.
