Puppet ENC tab does not show inherited classes when the parent inherits but does not add new classes

Hi,

We upgraded to Foreman 3.3.0 + foreman_puppet 4.0.1 last week and I noticed that the inherited classes are not always shown correctly for hostgroups/hosts in the Puppet ENC tab.

This is what I see on the edit page, Puppet ENC tab:

• When a parent class inherits classes, but does not add any additional classes, all hosts/hostgroups below will not show inherited classes.
• When a parent class inherits classes and adds any additional classes, the hosts/hostgroups below will show inherited classes.

The enc endpoint itself seems to work fine, ENC preview shows all applied classes correctly.
