Error Domain has already been taken

Hi, can anybody give info about this error?
auth:ERROR: Error 422: {"response":null,"error":"Validation failed: Domain has already been taken","error_description":"","txid":"054125736402f0d8d998c810cf5b376b"}

Im trying add tesla to home assistant, with old api its works fine, but cannot execute any commands, just read info. With flat api always getting "Auth expired error". So tried "Regenerate Tesla authentication" and got that error.
Any ideas how to fix that?
