问题

表sys_notice中缺少一些需要的索引，通过测试，我们发现加上这些索引可以极大地提高相关查询的性能(高达80%)，需要添加的索引分别如下所示：

1.sys_notice.create_time

从NoticeMapper可以看出在查询sys_notice时常用create_time作为排序依据，因此需要在该字段添加索引提升相关查询的性能。

解决方法

在下列字段添加索引
sys_notice.create_time
