I was thinking that would be good to start working on that solution as that is what is crucial that applications can be called fully decentralized and do not use centralised system of storage like database. Clarity could manage file permissions, access control, and transactions related to file storage and retrieval. Also making one full dedicated master node which will distribute data across different nodes using some kind of validation on chain and distributing data off-chain. IPFS has good idea but it should be more robust and secure and encrypted and by using Clarity it could be done properly.
