uvicorn.worker for gunicorn is deprecated in favor of uvicorn-worker package

Description

The documentation recommends to use uvicorn.workers.UvicornWorker with gunicorn. Since uvicorn 0.30.0, this worker is deprecated in favor of the uvicorn-worker package.

I can't say how much of a difference this makes in practice.

The docs and dependencies should be updated accordingly
