Wrong documentation: return_buffers should be false #103

Hello,
I'm struggling for 2 days to update SocketIO on one of my project. It appears that the problem was the option return_buffers set to true in the Redis client. This value is documented here: https://github.com/socketio/socket.io-redis-emitter/blob/master/Readme.md#emitterclient-opts

It should be set to false in order to work.
