Running Silero model in nextjs using ONNX-WEB runtime.

Hi,

I was struggling to get the SILERO VAD up and running in my web browser. I tried various libraries, but I was not happy with them. They were not working, there were some bugs, or they were not maintained. So I created a small demo which can be used to run the SILERO VAD directly in the browser. Here is the live preview.
