Figure out how to order the sidebar on user-guides page

The sidebar for user-guides emits the files in some undefined order. Figure out how to control the order. May need to use menus with weights, or add a weight to the front matter. Or design it to not put those posts in the sidebar. Or control the sidebar explicitly with another content file or yml config file.
