error 500 : user/auth' caused an error: #728

OS: CentOS 7

Got an error 500 when I log in ,

Error: 500 Internal Server Error
Sorry, the requested URL 'http://myserver:7767/user/auth' caused an error:

Internal Server Error

I didn't find which is the directory or file (user/auth) related in this error.
