기능 설명

CLI에서 PyKomoran을 실행할 수 있도록 합니다.
KOMORAN과 동일하게 모델 학습과 파일 단위 분석이 가능하도록 합니다.

패키지 내에 별도 모듈(예. cli.py)을 생성 후, setup.py 내에 console_script를 이용합니다.

SHINEWARE 정기 회의 시, KOMORAN의 CLI 사용 빈도가 낮으므로 마일스톤을 미래로 변경하고 미룹니다.
