Add beginner friendly route

The current route document requires a relatively high level of play which makes the run less consistent and harder to get into.
To better support new players, a guide that focuses on teaching basic strats that have a favorable risk to speed ratio.

This could also be an opportunity to shorten the high level guide as it's getting pretty long now.
