Change personal email/accounts to SCiMMA email/accounts

After an official SCIMMA email is created for #22, we will need to use it to replace any personal emails we've entered for official SCIMMA user accounts. The websites with personal emails are:

• https://pypi.org/
• https://anaconda.org/

We should also create a SCIMMA user to replace any personal accounts and settings that we've had to use during SCIMMA development. The personal accounts/settings are:

• @bfc5288 for https://codecov.io
• @bfc5288's codecov token in hop-client
• reset the codecov webhook if needed

Definition of Done:

• The personal emails used for websites are replaced with a SCIMMA email
• The personal accounts/settings are replaced with a SCIMMA account/settings
