Feature request: "listen" on multiple keys with fewer connections

Add GET /channel/{id} to DhtProxyServer for receiving.
DhtProxyServer responds it with chunked responses (like GET /key/{infohash}/listen)
DhtProxyClient uses SUBSCRIBE to do a listen... and uses UNSUBSCRIBE to do a cancelListen.
