Can you set schema via DATABASE_URL

I can't find any documentation that says that it's possible to set the schema config option via DATABASE_URL. We have a need to do this as we connect with a different user than the schema owner, and we also need to support multiple database types. DATABASE_URL is a convenient way to handle this without overcomplicating database.yml, but our current sticking point is the schema option.
