Ripple transaction failed

Following transactions with the below reference numbers also failed

The above transactions failed were while trying to transfer my XRPs from Koinex.in wallet to Ledger nano wallet, kindly advise how to revert them back.

You might want to stay away from Koinex ... seem many ppl are having problems ... You only lost a tiny bit of XRP. The transaction failed so you only aid the tx fee.

Don't know :) I just get notifications from github because I used to work there. And have noticed people having trouble with Koinex

They seem to be integrating ripple incorrectly, or purposefully up to no good
