Fix obvious defects and integrate FUW on AWS

• Fix email template confirming file drop box creation
• Fix Dataset update form layout form author view
• Show next in uploader if there already files previously uploaded
• Remove local storage data fo Uppy component
• Show Complete button if all form elmeents are already filled from server data upon upload
• FUW identity not created when customizing upload instructions
• Remove prototype code
• When adding multiple attributes, the confirmation message only count one
• Removing smoke test data should remove directories and fuw DB records
• Dataset view should NOT show data when status is UserUploadingData
• curation_log logs the wrong hostname for reviewer mockup url
• Add npm install to js service
