that's weird. Is that aurora you're using for skinning? What if you disable it? (cause I don't have that)
Anyway i'll remove that button i guess

which button? No, this happens when I click on "Widgets" on the main menu (next to Debuff Highlighting & stuff)
Yea, it's a problem that happens when elvui or other addons are enabled (not sure which one)
Aptechka on its own doesn't have the issue
So don't delete anything :)

it's not a background, it's a small help button that is stretched all over the screen
