Allow Scrolling Setting

Hi, i downloaded responsively today and tried a couple of sites, including a angular intranet site that has horizontal scrollbars at different viewports for mat-table. I was able to see the horizontal scrollbars on viewport resizer and screenfly. However i was not able to see the horizontal scrollbars on the mat table in responsively. I went through the settings and was not able to find a setting for allowing scrolling. (Screenfly has one that can be toggled on and off). Could anyone assist ? Thanks
