The destiny of rescript-sublime?

The CONRIBUTING.md says that https://github.com/rescript-lang/rescript-sublime is a source of truth for our Grammar, but looks like it's not really true, since it wasn't updated for the last 3 years.

Should the section be updated?

Probably, yes. As with all other editors, we need someone who uses it day to day and can invest time into maintaining. I guess this isn't true anymore for Sublime.
