Issue

When opening a FXL epub (i.e. Page Blanche) and choosing single or continuous scroll mode the content loads with the width of the viewport minus some border and margin calculations. The problem occurs when the dimensions of reading-area change i.e open TOC or rotate device (from portrait to horizontal).
mobile_initial_load

Expected Behaviour

The content should resize to fit the new available space as it does with scroll mode set to auto.

Observed behaviour

Instead the content maintains the initial size and we observe truncating.
mobile_rotate
mobile_toc_open

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a FXL epub
  2. Make sure scroll settings are on either single or continuous mode NOT auto
  3. Rotate the device or open the TOC

Test file(s)

Page Blanche or any FXL epub

Additional information

  • Readium Chrome extension has the expected behavior
