The version of runc in v1.30.1+rke2r1 is missing the patch version which breaks the link to the release. AFAICT this seems to have started after the v1.30.0+rke2r1 release!
This has been mentioned before in a comment here: #5340 (comment). I didn't find an issue related to this so i created one!
Steps To Reproduce:
Installed RKE2: N/A
Expected behavior:
All components should be correctly rendered in the release notes!
