Hello, I'm having an issue where if I have the settings "Do not discard a tab when media is playing" enabled and "Do not discard a tab when it is pinned" disabled, the pinned tab that is playing media will still discard. I'm watching a YouTube livestream while this happens.

I have the same problem, a Youtube video is playing in the background and it constantly is getting discarded. My settings are the same as OP's.
