Include docs contributions on community tab

When we find the correct extension yaml and look in its nieghbouring directories, we miss some contributions

• Contributions to CI and parent poms. It may be ok to not count these, since they benefit multiple extensions.
• Docs contributions. We should count these! ... but finding the relevant docs folders is non-trivial, and will be different depending on the repo.

In single-extension repos, we should perhaps just take everything in the repo, and that would solve the problem - but in that case we should adjust the text to make it clear how much is being included.
