Make difference between 'whole repo' and 'individual extension' contributor counts more obvious #436

At the moment the text is different, and for the 'individual extension' case we include a link, but people may not notice that.

We should

include the name of the repo in the whole-repo case
add text saying 'along with N other extensions'
perhaps hide the chart and make people click to see it to we know that they've noticed the text
