🚀 The feature

Right now we can build a package from source on a macos machine. We have some if conditions in setup.py to handle Darwin, but there is no package on pypi that can be installed for normal users who don't want to build from source.

We should build packages for macosx, add it to CI and release to PyPi.

Motivation, pitch

There are a lot of users who use macos for development.
