Grep search through issue / pr content

I try to dig up issues and PRs a lot. It would be nice to be able to search through the content of the issues and PRs. Even if it is just the initial description

Here, the picker and previewer would look the same, but the filtering would also be on (some) content of the issue and PR.

I need to read up a bit more on telescope and if there are any smaller examples like this

EDIT: Some alternative here are:

• :Octo pr/issue search "Some search term" in:body "Some other search term" in:comments (Doesn't work in pr or issue search)
