Sorry for the newbie question, but what uboot do i need to upgrade before installing your firmware?
Where can i find it?

Hello, you need the uboot with new mtd layout(with recovery).

The uboot with recovery mode is here: https://github.com/puteulanus/u-boot_mod/releases/tag/v0.2
