Expected Behaviour

Instead of hardhat, include foundry-specific readme guide for contract-set up or testing

Additionally include:

  • Up-to-date details of contracts
  • Makefiles
  • Test commands, etc

Current Behaviour

Not super organized and more inclined towards hardhat which is legacy tool.
