Request to add a plugin on Poggit Release

I am writing to request that my old plugins be added onto Poggit Release. Details are as follows:
I am actually author of this plugins I exercised PHP by debugging and writing PMMP plugins, Now I have more important things in my life than programming so I decided to let you guys updating and standardise this plugins

Does the plugin work in the latest PocketMine version?

Its API 3.0.0 I don't read Changes list so I don't know but it works on official API 3.0.0

Does the plugin depend on other plugins? Are they released on Poggit?
